Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and HSK EXPRESS INC, doing business as Scienology Network. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

Scienology Network provides professional computer integrated systems design, technical consulting, and related services in the fields of computer systems design, scientific research, and technical services. User Representations

In the event of any conflict between these Terms of Service and a specific service agreement, the service agreement shall prevail.

Fees and Payment

Fees for our services will be specified in individual service agreements. Payment terms, including due dates, accepted payment methods, and late payment penalties, will be outlined in the applicable service agreement. All fees are exclusive of taxes, which will be added as applicable.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information disclosed during the course of our business relationship. This obligation shall survive the termination of any service agreement.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HSK EXPRESS INC and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless HSK EXPRESS INC and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from your use of the services or violation of these Terms.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The services are provided on an AS IS and AS AVAILABLE basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts located in San Bernardino County, California.

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiations. If negotiations fail, disputes may be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with any service agreements and our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and HSK EXPRESS INC regarding the use of our services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
